While every order is given a tracking number, international shipments from Australia with Australia Post (AUP) don't include tracking. This is out of our control but we have never had an order go missing, so hang tight and trust that your items will show up! You can often find out the location of your items if you contact the post office of the country where the package is going and provide the tracking number from AUP to get an update about a package. We're sorry that there isn't better communication regarding your order, but this is unfortunately out of our control.
