You don’t need a password to access your customer account.

Both Snowboard Addiction and Ski Addiction use a secure one-time login system instead of traditional passwords.

To log in, head to your account page and enter the email address you used when placing your order. You’ll be sent a one-time login code (OTP) by email to access your account.
