Because of the size and weight of our products, orders are sometimes split into multiple shipments. This allows us to keep shipping costs down and continue offering free shipping in the USA, Canada, and many parts of Europe.
If your order has arrived and something appears to be missing, it’s very likely that the rest of your items are on the way in a separate shipment. Items may arrive on different days and with different tracking numbers.
