For orders shipped within the USA, Canada, the EU, and Australia, there are no additional customs duties or import taxes. We have warehouses in these regions, and all required import taxes and duties are already paid before the order ships.
Important: Customs fees, duties, and import taxes are NOT included in the product price for orders shipped outside of these regions, and they are NOT collected by us at checkout.
If you are ordering from outside the USA, Canada, the EU, or Australia, your local customs authority may charge import duties, taxes, or handling fees before delivery. These charges are set by your country’s government or courier, not by Snowboard Addiction or Ski Addiction.
UK Customers – Please Read Carefully
Since the UK left the EU, orders shipped to the UK may be charged import VAT, customs duties, and handling fees by UK Customs or the courier (for example, Parcelforce or Royal Mail).
These charges:
• are not included in the product price
• are not collected by us at checkout
• are charged directly by UK Customs or the courier
• must be paid before delivery
We do not receive these fees, and we cannot waive, reduce, or reimburse them.
Customs Delays & Questions
If your order is delayed or you’ve been asked to pay a customs fee, you will need to contact the courier or customs office directly. They are the only ones who can explain or release the shipment.
