Yes, you can certainly exchange your product for a different one. So you are aware, we hold the new product until the original product has been received at our warehouse as “good inventory”. To receive items as “good inventory”, your product must be unused and packaged as you received it.
If the product has been used we will not accept an exchange. I can send through a return merchandise authorization form if you do wish to return it. Print it off and attach it to the box you’re returning. Visit your post office or contact a courier for pickup, to post your item back to the address on the RMA form. Send us any tracking information that’s included to support@snowboardaddiction.com Once the item is received into good inventory, we can ship out the new product.
