If you placed your order more than 24 hours ago unfortunately your order has already processed through our sorting facility and it's too late for Snowboard Addiction to make any changes to your order and/or address.
You will have to contact the respective courier, when you receive tracking information (It must appear "In Transit” to then contact them to make changes).
Because we work with courier businesses from around the world, which are external companies to Snowboard Addiction, we are very limited in our ability to amend orders after they have been processed through our sorting facility.
Please let us know how you go amending your address. You may have to wait a few days before you can call, as you must wait for the “In Transit” tracking to be generated for the changes to be made successfully. Email us at support@snowboardaddiction.com
